The Restaurant is the first of the 4 pillars of the Me Spectacular Restaurant. A modern cuisine with fusion influences, meat and fish (also a wide choice of maki and rolls). Bestselling dishes? Among the APPETISERS – the eggplant millefeuille with buffalo mozzarella from Battipaglia – the tuna Tataki with purple potato wafer and citrus vinaigrette – the red shrimp Tartar, Andria burrata and Bronte pistachios. Among the FIRST COURSES – the “Me” Tonnarello with garlic, oil, chilli pepper, Cantabrian anchovies and crispy artichoke – the cheese and pepper Ravioli of Patanegra – the Risotto with porcini mushrooms and black truffle. Among the MAIN COURSES – vacuum-cooked organic Chicken “alla cacciatora” [‘hunter-style’] – sliced salmon cooked in teriyaki sauce with baby vegetables and purple potato wafer – sliced beef and rosemary potatoes. In the MAKI & ROLL section, the most requested are – the Philadelphia Roll – the Special almond – the Chef’s special. Finally, among the SWEETS, not to be missed – Crème brûlée with Madagascar vanilla -, Sfera with coconut, 90% pure chocolate icing and mango -, Bavarian cream with Bronte pistachios.
